Blackened Fish with Gorgonzola Cheese Grits topped with sausage, shrimp, onions and green peppers – from Malibu Jack’s in Augusta, GA. Normally, adding Gorgonzola Cheese to anything makes it golden – but not grits. Grits, no matter how you make them, just can’t do it for me. The fish was decent, though, and I respect any restaurant that actually uses Gorgonzola – also known as “the greatest in the world” – cheese.
